Our pieces are developed with a strong focus on fit, proportion, and long-term wearability. As a result, our policies differ slightly from traditional retail.

Shipping

Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Items requiring tailoring, adjustments or customization may take 7–10 business days before shipping.

Canada

Complimentary shipping within Canada on orders over $150 CAD.

United States

U.S. orders receive preferred flat-rate shipping at checkout.

Applicable duties, tariffs or import charges may be collected separately by the carrier or customs authority.

International

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

Returns & Fit

Altered & Customized Pieces

Because many of our garments are adjusted for length and proportion, all altered or customized pieces are final sale.

This includes:

  • length adjustments
  • sleeve adjustments
  • any modification made to your measurements

Fit Guarantee

We stand behind the fit of our garments.

If your piece requires a minor adjustment after receiving it, we will cover the cost of alterations with your local tailor, within reason.

To request support:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
  • Include a brief note and, if possible, a photo

We will guide you from there.

Ready-to-Wear (Unaltered Items)

Unaltered, full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • unworn
  • unaltered
  • in original condition with tags

Sale items are final sale.

Additional Information

Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a resolution.
