Return & Exchange Policy:

We want you to love what you ordered! However, we do have some guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  1. Items Eligible for Return/Exchange:

    • Non-customized and Non-tailored items: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • Customized or Tailored Items: Items that have been made to your specifications (e.g., tailored clothing, personalized products, or any modifications based on your measurements) cannot be returned or refunded. Please double-check your measurements and specifications before placing your order.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return for non-customized items, please email us at Hello@ElleMadeWell with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
    • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
  3. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Digital Products:

  • For digital products, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds are allowed. Please ensure you’ve downloaded your product before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues with downloading, please reach out to us at Hello@ElleMadeWell.

Additional Information:

  • Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
