This Calliope coat is crafted from a limited archive wool–acrylic bouclé, selected in exceptionally small quantity for its texture, warmth, and visual depth. Sourcing from a limited archive is a far more sustainable alternative to newly manufactured fabrics, allowing us to work with existing luxury cloth rather than contributing to excess production.
Beyond sustainability, these archived textiles often represent a higher caliber of material — produced in smaller runs, with richer weaves and finishes that are no longer widely manufactured. Once this fabric is gone, it cannot be repeated.
Only three coats were created in this cloth.
