Return Policy 


Elle Made Well will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email within 15 days from our original ship date. All sale items are considered final sale.

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs and duties. Elle Made Well is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address, which will be reflected in your refund amount.

Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.

Elle Made Well reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.


ISSUING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request a return or exchange, please email us within 15 days of your purchase with the reason for your return.

Once approved by a Elle Made Well customer care rep, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and return instructions.

Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition and all packaging before sending it back. Items must be returned within 7-10 days of your RA# being received. Please include your completed returns form and order receipt in the box.

Please note: All returns are to be paid by the customer. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.

Your return will be deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange if the following occurs:
1. Your package is received at Elle Made Well, past the 10 day window since receiving your RA#.
2. Your item(s) are defective, worn or damaged.
If a return is deemed unacceptable it can be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.


ALTERATIONS
Repair & Alterations happen on a case by case basis. Please email us with an image of you wearing your item prior to sending to us. Each alteration is different and fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to start. Please send clothing to the address above. Include your name, phone number, email address and return address with a brief description on what needs to be repaired.


DEFECTS
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please emaill-us within 5 business days of the date of delivery to request a replacement item. Please include a brief description about what is damaged/defective with an image of the item. We will assess the item to determine whether it is our defect, or natural wear and tear of the product.
